The Torva Platebody is a piece of melee equipment that is worn in the body slot. In order to wear this you will need at least 80 defence and 80 hitpoints. It is one of the most powerful platebodies in game both offensively and defencively. The Torva Platebody was made difficult to obtain along with the [[Torva full helm]] and [[Torva platelegs]]. Torva equipment is always an excellent choice to wear if you go bossing and general PvM due to their unique ability to boost the wearer's health, the Torva Platebody will allow the wearer to go 20 hitpoints above their hitpoint level.

Wearing any piece of the Torva set will provide tolerance to all minions at all God-Wars locations.

=Getting Torva=
There are two ways to obtain the Torva Platebody. These are Donating, and killing [https://wiki.etherumps.com/Main_page/Guides/Bestiary/Boss_list/Nex Nex].

==Killing Nex==
[https://wiki.etherumps.com/Main_page/Guides/Bestiary/Boss_list/Nex Nex] is an incredibily difficult boss to kill and as such, was provided an amazing drop table to reward players who can manage to kill her. The most notable drops of course being the Nex armour pieces. Each piece, including the Torva Platebody has about a 1/200 chance to be received as a drop.

==Donating for Torva==
You can buy the Torva set from 'Daisies' the premium points store. The entire set costs 50,000 premium points plus a little extra depending on how much of the stock is left.
