Click on the world map icon in the top right corner.

Frm here select 'Cities' as the category, and then select 'Lunar Isle', this will take you to the astral altar on the southern side of the Isle.

==Just Outside of the City==
You can teleport just outside of the city by talking to any 'Etherum Guide'. There are three 'Etherum Guides' that can be found located at:

Once you talk to one of these, select "Could you take me to Lunar Isle?" this will teleport you directly outside the city gates.
