The Elder Maul is a two-handed crush weapon that requires Attack and Strength levels of 75 to wield. It is slightly worse in stats when compared to the [[Chaotic_maul]], the upside to the Elder Maul however, is that it does not degrade.

However, the Elder Maul has a very low chance to be obtained. To access the Vote Sortition, you click the "Roll Sortition" button in the quest tab, it can be found under the "Luck games" title.

The Elder Maul only deals crush damage (all styles). Crush weapons will do extra damage to those monsters with a specific weakness to crush attacks, and slightly less damage to those monsters with any melee weakness. As with all melee weapons, they deal poor damage against monsters with a weakness to magic, or ranged.
