Dinh's Bulwark is a very unique two-handed shield. It requires 75 Attack and Defence. There are not a lot of uses for this shield. One use could be to aid in fishing Karambwans in the Wilderness, as the extra defence stats could help block incoming attacks.

However, the Dinh's Bulwark has a very low chance to be obtained. To access the Vote Sortition, you click the "Roll Sortition" button in the quest tab, it can be found under the "Luck games" title.

The Dinh's Bulwark only deals crush damage (all styles). Crush weapons will do extra damage to those monsters with a specific weakness to crush attacks, and slightly less damage to those monsters with any melee weakness. As with all melee weapons, they deal poor damage against monsters with a weakness to magic, or ranged.
