The only NPC that will drop the Armadyl Crossbow is the boss [https://wiki.etherumps.com/Main_page/Guides/Bestiary/Boss_list/Commander_zilyana Commander Zilyana]. Commander Zilyana is a reasonably easy boss to defeat. However, due to its rare drop chance it may take some time to obtain.
