The 3rd Age Axe requires 65 Attack in order to wield. However, it requires a Woodcutting level of 61 to use it as a axe. There is no advantage to using this axe, as it has the exact same cutting speed of the [[Dragon axe]]. It is also more beneficial to use the [[Inferno adze]] as it gives the player Firemaking experience while chopping down trees.

Although it can be used as a weapon, due to its terrible stats it is suggested to use anything else.
